the thing is .... most of the crimes are committed against they
chinese .....
cos they are the ones with anything worth robbing ... 
everytime you read about crimes in johor, almost invariably, the
MCA would be involved .... and the MCA would only be involved if it
has something to do with some non-chinese ..... and no .. we're not
talking about the victims here ...
